Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

Surf Jargon partners with a range of shipping carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the package.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

We will do our best to accommodate changes to delivery addresses after an order has been placed; however, we cannot guarantee that modifications will always be possible.

  • Our customer service team typically responds within 48–72 business hours (excluding weekends).

  • Upon request, we may be able to ship to P.O. boxes depending on carrier availability.

Insurance and Protection

We do not provide insurance coverage for shipped packages. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that you assume full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur to your order once it has been dispatched.

What This Means for You

While we take every precaution to package your items securely and work with reliable carriers, once your order leaves our facility, we are unable to guarantee its condition or safe arrival. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Lost packages — Orders that cannot be located or tracked after dispatch

  • Stolen packages — Orders confirmed as delivered but reported missing

  • Damaged goods — Items that arrive broken, crushed, or otherwise compromised during transit

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website using the provided details. Surf Jargon is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has left our facility.
